My research involves using hypertext to present documents with new structures. I'm sorry if you find some of the hypertext links confusing, but I am using my web pages to try different ways of structuring information using HTML.


Spotlight: On 8 February 1996, the Communications Decency Act became a law in the USA.
The Voters Telecommunications Watch organization, among many others, has more information about that terrible law and how it affects every living person.
