Application forms can be mailed to grad@cs.dal.ca or printed forms can be dropped off at the CS front desk. Reference letters can be mailed by the referees to grad@cs.dal.ca or dropped off in sealed envelopes at the CS front desk.
The eligible student must be a full-time graduate student of the Faculty of Computer Science enrolled in the MCS programme.
The eligible student would have normally entered the thesis phase after completing six graduate level courses.
However, in order to accommodate January and May intake students as well as students who may have an odd course remaining to be completed, students who have completed five courses would also be considered.
Students who started their MCS programme in or after September 2006 are eligible.
Students who started their MACS programme in or after September 2006 and have switched to MCS prior to September 15, 2007, are eligible.
NSERC and Killam scholarship holders can also apply. If the award winner already holds an NSERC or Killam scholarship, the student will receive an honorary Rosetti award and the monetary value of the award will go to the next student on the list.
