Bachelor of Computer Science Programs – Specializations Approved

The Dalhousie FCS is pleased to announce that three new specializations have been approved in our Bachelor of Computer Science program. They are in Graphics, Gaming, and Media, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems, Communication Technologies and Cyber Security. To offer the specializations, we have restructured a number of courses and also introduced some new ones. Because of this restructuring, a number of courses were added late to the University’s Timetable for the Fall 2010 and Winter 2011 terms. As a consequence, please review the CSCI courses offerings for the Fall 2010 and Winter 2011 terms to see whether there are some new courses of interest to you! (For instance, you will find CSCI 2132 offered in the Winter 2011 term as well as in the Fall 2010 term and you will also find new courses that are required for specializations.)
